I just came over from Vered’s site. What a nice reminder to give thanks to all those we love! With family, I do it everyday. But it’s easy to forget, when life is in a rush, to show appreciation even to our friends. I should make it a point to let them know!

@Vered - It’s amazing to watch my children’s faces light up when I hug them and shower them with “I love you”. I crave it all day long.

How inspiring! I try to tell my loved ones that I love them every day. It comes easy with the kids… actually a great way to stop a tantrum is to hug them and say “I love you”. With Ido, sometimes a couple of days go by when we don’t say it to each other. But we do make a conscious effort to show our love and to never take each other for granted.

Too true. I think one of the things that has made my marriage so enduring is that we don’t forget to tell one another. Tomorrow is our anniversary, and my post is just for her.
