Life is busy.

Life is crazy.

But still, if you look closely, there is time to find a moment to simply be in the moment.

Sometimes it’s only 5 minutes. Sometimes it’s only 1 minute. Sometimes you have to hide in the bathroom. Sometimes you are fortunate enough to find it in the garden or somewhere in nature. Sometimes it’s in meditation. Sometimes it’s laughing with your children.

Can you find time today to simple BE in the moment?

It is easy to excuse yourself out of being…yourself. Thank you for the reminder.

Tammy – Thank is a great quote. I often excuse myself out of exercising. Oops.

I love that picture. That’s exactly the moment I’d like to be in! But I can be in this moment, appreciating its beauty. :)

Ahh, yes hiding in the bathroom. I’ve been there.

This is definitely a problem area of mine. I’m always multitasking…I’m Queen of slacking and being lazy, but I’m still always doing SOMEthing. I really need to work on stopping and settling myself and just being present.

Hayden – Thank is exactly the moment I’d like to be in too!

Tanna – I was hiding in my bathroom this morning taking in 5 minutes of me time before starting my day.

Tiffany – Acknowledging what you want to focus on is a great first step. Cheers to you Tiffany for being in the moment long enough to be thinking about these important life balance/self renewal issues.

You are so right. The amount of time is not as important as the intention and the attempt to create some space daily.

Living and being in the moment is a meditation principle. Stress can come from thinking about unpleasant chores ahead, or times in the past you wish would have lasted longer. But if we can just “be” and live in the moment, then all is good.
