You’re invited to join my Personal Renewal Group for Moms. Based on the award-winning book “The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life,” by Renée Trudeau, this Personal Renewal Group is a structured life coaching program for women at all life stages. Topics will include:

TIME/DATE: 7:oo p.m. – 8:30 p.m. CST (8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. EST). The first session begins March 4, 2010.
MEETINGS: 1st Thursday of each month for six months.
LOCATION: Virtual Teleclasses. Dial-in number is provided after registration.
COST: $240 for the six-month program, $40 to attend a single session.
